Our Partners in Mission
We believe this mission is a partnership; a partnership between God and our team, between our team and the community of Geita, and between our team and the family stateside that supports God’s mission.
We are a part of Stones River Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, Tennessee; a congregation that is loving, growing, supportive, and passionate about our God. We serve as an extension of this body as we serve the people of Geita in order to bring God glory. And there are numerous others who have assisted in making possible this demonstration of Christ’s love to the people of Geita, Tanzania. We would like to thank each of these congregations, families, and individuals for their involvement in advancing the reality of the kingdom of God in our world.
We continue to search for other partners in this mission. We would ask that you prayerfully consider partnering with us to serve in one or more of the following areas:
- prayer
- encouragement
- financial support
- sending Diet Dr. Peppers and homemade baked desserts
Our Commitment
We wholeheartedly give our lives to God, and for any purpose to which he calls us. We make Jesus our priority and are allowing his Spirit to transform us into his likeness. We fully submit to the Word of God and his authority in our lives. We adhere to the decisions of our overseeing body of Stones River church. We provide regular updates on the work God is doing in Tanzania. We are responsible stewards of money and resources entrusted to us by God through others. We regularly pray for our partners in the United States, supporting them as they support us — and we strive to encourage them as we are being encouraged. Above all, we commit to give God all the glory for any good that is done in Geita and in Tanzania and in our world. May he be praised.

I wish you the best in your efforts in evangelism and with the coming birth of your daughter. I read Jimmy Gee’s report from Tanzania frequently. I know there is great work being accomplished for the Lord there.
